Annual Dinner – February 8
Over 130 Chamber members and guests were greeted to a beautiful garden theme in the middle of February at Rex’s Innkeeper for the annual dinner. Everyone enjoyed great food, networking and opportunities to bid on a wide range of merchandise donated by Chamber members.

Business After Hours at the Chamber – May 17
The Chamber hosted a BAH at the Depot and provided refreshments and networking opportunities to Chamber members while providing information on the many benefits of being a Chamber member. Any Chamber member can host a BAH to help network their business to other members. We invite you to book one as soon as possible because they fill up fast!

Mallard Game, Waunakee night sponsored by TDS Telecom – June1
A fun night for select Chamber businesses as guests of TDS Telecom enjoyed Waunakee night at the Mallard game. Board president, David Carr of State Farm Insurance threw out the first pitch!

Annual Golf Classic – June 26
The Chamber golf outing saw over 80 members and guests enjoy 18 holes of golf at The Meadows of Six Mile Creek. Some members took the opportunity to man their sponsored holes and have extra challenges and refreshments for the golfers. Presenting sponsor, TDS Telecom, provided extra goodies for everyone. Major ‘hole-in-one’ prizes were donated by Chamber members Carl F. Statz & Sons and Bushnell Ford.

29th Annual WaunaFest Run – July 28
This year’s run on the 28th was a stellar year with perfect weather and over 900 runners breaking a record for participants. Again, presenting sponsor TDS Telecom provided bags for runner goodie bags which was another first for the run. A cold brew, live music and more made the run one to remember. Next year is the 30th anniversary of the run with even higher expectations for participation.

3rd Annual Art in the Park – August 25-26
The last weekend of August has been established as Art in the Park weekend with 26 talented artists displaying and selling their work. Live music, food and great weather saw over 600 guests turn out to enjoy the show.

Welcome Back Teachers Day – August 29
Another first for the Chamber was an opportunity to welcome back all the staff for the Waunakee school district by providing bags filled with coupons and information on several Chamber members. Several bags had other “additional” prizes that thrilled the staff.
